Most of us have seen that awesome, amazing scene from the premiere episode of HBO’s “The Newsroom” in which Jeff Daniels, who played the part of a political news pundit named Will McAvoy, took down both conservatives and liberals in his answer to the question “What makes America the greatest country in the world?”
Most of us, those who got exactly what he meant and were happy to see Daniels equally call out liberals and conservatives, stood up and cheered.
In a reprisal of that role and that particular scene, Jeff Daniels took on the presidential frontrunners, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, to answer the question “What makes Donald Trump the best case scenario for Hillary Clinton?” See the fantastic speech from Daniels’s appearance on “Bloomberg Politics” below:
