WATCH: Cowardly Cops Caught On Camera Beating Down Defenseless Surrendering Suspect

On Wednesday, police were once again caught on camera beating a defenseless suspect while he peacefully surrendered.

The incident started in Massachusetts and crossed state lines where it reached its conclusion in New Hampshire.

Massachusetts State Police say that Richard Simon, of Worcester Massachusetts, ignored commands to stop his pickup truck for police in Holden. Simone was wanted in connection with multiple warrants for larceny, failure to stop for police, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police in Massachusetts chased Simon through several towns at speeds which exceeded over 100 mph while the suspect’s vehicle was “making abrupt lane changes as the (suspect) continued to try to evade capture,” according to a police statement.

The wild chase came to its conclusion in a residential area in Nashua, New Hampshire, which is roughly 50 miles northeast from where it began.

A news helicopter video shows Simon’s truck stop next to a pole on a dead end street. Police officers surround the vehicle with their weapons drawn. The suspect then gets out of the vehicle and lowers down to two knees before placing his hands on the ground.

Less than a second after Simon was on his hands and knees, officers rushed in and began punching and kicking him.

The beating lasted less than a minute. Simon was then taken into custody by Nashua police.

At this time, Nashua Police has not returned any calls concerning this incident.

State police issued a statement which said that they will investigate the apprehension “to determine whether the level of force deployed during the arrest was appropriate.”
