Ben Carson Implies He Won’t Endorse Any Candidate But Cruz Or Trump

In Ben Carson’s recent MSNBC interview, the neurosurgeon asserted that Trump is the best GOP candidate. Carson said that Trump would be very in dealing with terrorism threats and financial woes because he “is not afraid of being politically incorrect.”

For Carson, as long as Trump “solves” the pressing problems, political correctness is irrelevant.

As a neurosurgeon, it is thought that Carson is intelligent, but he seems to be missing the point. He has difficulty grasping the root causes of American society’s ills.

Racism, xenophobia, sexism and Islamophobia come naturally to Trump but for Carson these are irrelevant. However, these are also components of deeper problems that are fracturing American society.

Since Trump started his hate-based campaign for GOP presidential nomination, all sorts of bigots who were formerly hiding in the closet now fully revealed themselves in the public. From racists Neo-Nazi groups to fanatic evangelicals, Trump has attracted various shades of nut job supporters.

Carson asserted that not minding political correctness is a major advantage of choosing Trump when it comes to making executive decisions if ever he becomes president.

In one recent article posted on The Hill website, for instance, Trump was quoted saying that he is not ruling out a possible war with China because the U.S. needs some unpredictability.

Trump’s lack of common sense about foreign policy was justified by Carson as something that can be remedied because of expert advisers. He pointed out that Trump’s grasp of foreign policy is as good as other candidates’, saying that none of them are experts.

Considering the narcissistic and arrogant personality of Trump, it is unlikely that he will listen to the advice of foreign policy experts. He would be a rogue American president whose mental stability is highly questionable.

When asked about the possibility of other GOP candidates to be nominated as the party standard bearer, Carson said that it would be disastrous for the party if Trump or Cruz don’t win the nomination.

In reality, any Republican candidate who is now vying for party nomination would be disastrous to the world if elected as the 45th president of the United States.
