Trump Meets With ‘Washington Post’ Editorial Board–Verifies His Total Incompetence

If you were wondering just how little current GOP front-runner Donald Trump knows about what is going on in the world and how to solve the myriad of issues which confront this country as we move forward, his meeting with the editorial board of the Washington Post should pretty much tell you all you need to know about his moron. Here’s a sampling of a few things Trump said yesterday while meeting with the Post editors. The full transcript can be read on the Washington Post’s website:

Question: Do you believe there are disparities in law enforcement?

Trump:  I’ve read where there are and I’ve read where there aren’t. I mean, I’ve read both. And, you know, I have no opinion on that. Because frankly, what I’m saying is you know we have to create incentives for people to go back and to reinvigorate the areas and to put people to work.  And you know we have lost million and millions of jobs to China and other countries. And they’ve been taken out of this country, and when I say millions, you know it’s, it’s tremendous. I’ve seen 5 million jobs, I’ve seen numbers that range from 6 million to, to smaller numbers. But it’s many millions of jobs, and it’s to countries all over.

He has no opinion on the matter and has “read” there may be disparities? Really? I read things each and every day, but I don’t think that qualifies me to be President of the United States. Notice how he also avoids the question and starts on his usual blaming of China and other countries.

Question: Mr. Trump, you’ve mentioned many times during the campaign, in fact including this morning, instances you feel where the press has been biased or unfair or outright false in their reporting, and you’ve mentioned that you want to “open up” the libel laws. You’ve said that several times.

Trump: Okay, look, I’ve had stories written about me – by your newspaper and by others – that are so false, that are written with such hatred – I’m not a bad person. I’m just doing my thing – I’m, you know, running, I want to do something that’s good. I would just say this. All I want is fairness. So unfair. I have stories and you have no recourse, you have no recourse whatsoever because the laws are really impotent.

Keep in mind this is a man who wraps himself in the First Amendment as a protection for his hateful pronouncements, but he wants the press to treat him with kid gloves? Hypocrite much, Donald?

Question: (On the protester in North Carolina who was sucker punched by a Trump supporter at a rally) Do you condone violence in that case?

Trump: He (the protester) did give the finger, and — Well, a lot of people don’t — you know, the finger means, “F you.” A lot of people think — and you have children there, you have a lot of children that go, you know, they go with their parents — a lot of people think that’s very inappropriate. I mean, you know —

So he does condone violence if someone happens to give you the finger. Sure, and then we can have total anarchy in this country, with millions of people engaging in retaliatory vigilante actions because they think another person has wronged them.

This man wants to be President? I wouldn’t even vote to make him president of my local PTA chapter because I don’t want my daughter emulating anything this man says or does. He’s a bully, a hater, a rabid piece of crap who needs to be flushed down the toilet and shunned by all reasonable people.
