It’s not very often that I run across a cover of a great song and love it, or even like for that matter. But 14-year-old Rosie Delmah from the Solomon Islands, and her brother Conkarah from Jamaica, have totally done Adele’s hit “Hello” justice.
The song starts out in classic “Hello” fashion but soon turns to a reggae beat that is completely infectious. The fact that Rosie sings it with the confidence of a seasoned veteran makes it all that much better. Conkarah also gets in on the action and brings a whole new dynamic to the song.
In short, Adele would be proud of this effort from these two, especially after what Mike Huckabee did to the song. After hearing this, I will surely be checking in to see what else they have up their musical sleeves.
