We already knew the band of armed thugs occupying the Malheur Federal Wildlife Refuge in eastern Oregon are some of the worst people in the world. But we didn’t know just how unhinged they were until Monday morning. A man whom Fox News is touting as a spokesperson for the occupiers is actually a far-right talk show host who made a graphic and sexually explicit death threat against Hillary Clinton two years ago.

On the Monday edition of “Happening Now,” Fox News’ Dan Springer spoke with Pete Santilli, who was described as an Internet talk show host and a spokesperson for the militiamen who are occupying the refuge. Santilli, as it turns out, is a small-time conspiracy theorist from Cincinnati (according to his Twitter feed) who airs his show on YouTube and Spreaker every weekday at 11 a.m.Central (2 p.m. Eastern). He’s a 9-11 truther, as well as a Sandy Hook truther.

People for the American Way’s Right Wing Watch started taking a look at Santilli in 2013 after Ted Nugent and Larry Pratt appeared on his show. On the May 9, 2013 edition of his show, Santilli went into an ugly rant in which he called for Hillary, along with President Obama and the entire Bush family, to be executed. Bush Sr., for instance, should be killed for his supposed role in the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

He saved his ugliest for Hillary, though. Listen here.

Calling Hillary an “assbag” and a “C U Next Tuesday”–the latter is slang for “c***t”—Santilli declared that she had committed three capital offenses. Not only did Hillary supposedly fake SEAL Team Six’s raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound and kill the participants to keep them from talking, but she is involved in major drug trafficking and ordered troops to stand down before the Benghazi attack. Anyone who thinks otherwise is “an enemy of our state.”

And not only is he serving as spokesperson for this supposed kangaroo court, but he wants to pull the trigger.

“Miss Hillary Clinton needs to be convicted, she needs to be tried, convicted and shot in the vagina. I wanna pull the trigger. That ‘C U Next Tuesday’ has killed human beings that are in our ranks of our service.”

Later, Santilli said that he didn’t just want Hillary to die–he wanted her to suffer.

“And I want to shoot her right in the vagina and just really, I don’t want her to die right away. I want her to feel the pain, and I want to look her in the eyes. And I don’t want her to die right away. I want her to feel the pain. And I want to look her in the eyes, and I want to say, ‘On behalf of all Americans that you’ve killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS …”

Just in case Santilli didn’t make himself clear, he doubled down on the May 20, 2013 edition. He declared that he wanted to shoot Hillary “right in the vajayjay.”

Someone had the decency to alert the Secret Service about these outrageous comments; a Secret Service spokesperson said that the agency was working to gauge Santilli’s intent at the time.

Fox News has fallen down on a lot of things in recent years. But this has to stand as one of the most egregious fails of all. You mean to tell me that some producer didn’t take the time to Google Santilli before letting him appear on the air? It also says a lot about the kind of people the Oregon thugs really are. We already knew they were bottom-feeders; they have let it be known that they haven’t ruled out violence. But to trot out a guy who makes graphic and sexist death threats against a public figure? I thought these guys at least had some standards.

There’s another question we have to ask. How is this guy still even on the Web? If making a graphic threat of violence like this isn’t a violation of YouTube’s terms of service, I don’t know what is. Report this video to YouTube for promoting hatred or violence. This cannot stand.
