This Video Will Ruin Ice Cream And Unicorns In Your Mind Forever

The commercial below is for a brilliant product called the “Squatty Potty.” This product has been featured on the NBC Show “Shark Tank” and a number of other media.

Robert Edwards is the inventor of the Squatty Potty. Edwards is a 37-year-old former contractor and designer who succeeded where many other inventors with the same idea had failed.

The science behind the Squatty Potty is quite sound; in fact, it’s reported that 1.2 billion people around the world uses the squatting position to poop, mainly due to the design of toilets in other countries being low to the ground, or in some cases, built in the floor. I’ll save you from pictures of those toilets if you’ll take my word for it.

I, for one, am sold on this product and plan to order mine very soon. This is the kind of invention that can actually make people’s lives better. While I don’t usually “infomercial” about products, this one falls in line with my values as a human being because it helps people. And you might ask yourself, why wouldn’t you just use a stool or a stack of objects for the same effect? Well, you could do that, but it would not be as effective. The product is made to look simple.

Here is a video of Edwards and his mom pitching the Squatty Potty on the NBC show “Shark Tank.”
