Jamie Lee Chris Schammel of Minnesota has been arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and making terrorist threats after he allegedly chased and threatened a 13-year-old girl who made fun of the white supremacist tattoos he has.

Some “supremacist,” huh?

Schammel allegedly approached the 13-year-old girl and her friends as they were having a bonfire at her house. He reportedly began cursing and calling using a variety of racial slurs, the girl told police.

After the girl told Schammel to leave, she says he threw a bottle at her and continued to yell racial slurs. At one point when he was approximately 20 feet away from the girl, he pulled out a collapsible baton. The girl urged her friends to go inside the house.

But Schammel was far from finished. Still swearing and calling her racial slurs, the girl alleges he then pulled a knife on her. She ran away and made it to her front steps. Schammel hopped on a bicycle and rode away.

When police located Schammel, he told them the girl and her friends called him racial slurs because of his neo-Nazi tattoos. He says pulled out the collapsible baton because people at the house were “reaching for their waistbands.”

This is not the first time Schammel has been in trouble with the law: he has a previous conviction of third-degree murder for his role in a meth lab explosion that killed a person. He also spent time in prison for assaulting his father in 2013.

If convicted, Schammel faces a maximum of 7 years and $14,000 fine. So then he can go back to prison and get some more racist tattoos that he’s no doubt ever-so proud of.
