In an insane turn of events, a cop pulled a shotgun on an unarmed pregnant woman and her fiancé for simply filming them.
The video, shown below, begins with a man being arrested in what appears to be the most compliant manner possible. He does not give the police any reason to believe he will act against them. However, the most insane part is the fact that the unarmed pregnant woman and fiancé are the ones who brought the man getting arrested to the front door. They are literally only filming the police, and because of the cop’s perception that they are defying the respect he “deserves,” they get a shotgun pulled on them.
The man who uploaded the video to YouTube was Corterian Bay Wright. Clearly audible in the video, Coterian begs the officer to put down his weapon. The officer doesn’t respond to Wright’s requests even after Wright informs him that the woman standing next to him, Wright’s fiancé, is pregnant. In fact, the cop not only doesn’t do as Wright is pleading, the cop goes on to order Wright around on his own property!
With cops becoming more and more willing to draw their guns on innocent civilians, like in the case of an unarmed man having a cop be childish then pull a gun on him, fear is seeping into the hearts of every American. In fact, police over-reach in America has gotten to the point that it had to be addressed at a UN conference.
My question to anyone who is skeptical of the nature of this confrontation is this: Do you think if these people were rich and white that this would have went down the way it did? I will leave any analysis from there up to you.
