Jason Doré, a good example of an ugly Republican.

A security breach at Ashley Madison, the dating Web site for those looking for a well-hidden extramarital affair, has revealed the names of roughly 37 million people, along with other information such as credit card numbers and personal descriptions. Louisiana GOP executive director Jason Doré said Thursday that his name is on the list because he was using the site for “opposition research.” The director of the Louisiana Republican Party texted that an account had been created using his personal credit card, but it was in connection with the work of his law firm, Doré Jeansonne. He declined to say who he was using the account for. The assumption is innocent until proven guilty, but Jason Doré hardly qualifies as an innocent.

“As the state’s leading opposition research firm, our law office routinely searches public records, online databases and websites of all types to provide clients with comprehensive reports,” Doré communicated via text message. “Our utilization of this site was for standard opposition research. Unfortunately, it ended up being a waste of money and time.” Jason Doré’s opposition research firm digs up dirt on the opposition, the Democrats.  Jason Doré is a professional mudslinger. It is his job to find any detail, and exaggerate it into a character flaw by constantly and persistantly bringing it up with the media. He exaggerated Senator Mary Landrieu’s travel expense issues, portraying her as incompetent and deceitful, and just kept hammering it into the media’s news reporting. This is essentially the same tactic being used on Hillary Clinton in reference to her emails.

Jason Doré has maintained a discrete life, but he is married to Katherine Bush-Doré. Some aspects of his personality can be gleaned from of his writings. He has a post, the Hayrider, which he is currently using to defend Governor Jindall’s record, and still contains his rants against the former Louisiana’s Democratic Senator Mary Landrieu.

Fighting terrorism and oppression is a proud task for my generation. The coalition should, as President Bush has said, “stay the course” and successfully establish a democratic Iraq. The cost may be high, but it’s worth it,’ Jason Doré wrote in 2004. However, he never joined the military, and has done nothing to fight terrorism. If anything, he has become a terrorist himself, through the spread of hateful and harmful disinformation against people he is paid to persecute.

In 2007, years after he graduated, Jason Doré, wrote a remarkably adolescent article for the LSU Reveille, his former university’s newspaper. He wrote,  Well, whether you believe it or not, the University administration has been embroiled in its own war, the “War on Frats. He was complaining about his former university’s decision to battle high-risk drinking.
More recently, he had this to say about Obamacare, “Republicans question why the government has a role in health care at all. Our plans move towards the day when all healthcare is between a patient and his or her doctor. The Democrats are moving us towards total government control. These are two polar opposite directions. It is becoming clear which one works and which one is compatible with a free society. Obamacare works, and is here to stay, because this country, like every other industrialized country, needs nationalized health care for its middle and lower income citizens. Jason Doré, as a trained lawyer and professional mudslinger, has lost all credibility, and cannot be trusted to provide accurate, openly honest answers.

As to whether or not he used the services of Ashley Madison, he paid them money. He may not have had extramarital sex, but he did use their services.
