Religious Bloggers Claim God ‘Staged’ Their Pregnancy And Miscarriage

As a Christian, the one thing I simply cannot tolerate is people who claim to be Christian and then blame their own actions on the God they say they believe in. A perfect example of this would be Sam and Nia Rader.

The Raders are Christian bloggers, and on August 5 Sam tells the story of going to the toilet after Nia had used it, getting some of her urine (could this guy be a little creepier?) and using the urine for a home pregnancy test he had supposedly bought. When the test showed that Nia was pregnant, Sam made a video of the happy moment:

Of course, what wasn’t noted on their video is that taking urine from toilet water almost never provides an accurate pregnancy test. But hey, the Raders were after ratings and more hits on their blog site, not realism.

Just three days later, on August 8, the couple made another video. This one was sad and reflective, and they morosely said Nia had miscarried. Tearfully, Nia said:

“I felt my womb empty out.”

Then the Raders went on to proclaim that God must have been pranking them with the pregnancy and miscarriage. In other words, God staged the whole thing! But lots of people who visit their blog site smelled the odor of bullshit and lies, and they let them know in no uncertain terms:

And now we have yet another video from Sam and Nia Rader. In it, they say people who are criticizing them are “drinking the haterade.” Then Sam begins quoting the Bible and, not surprisingly, he proclaims that God said believers would be persecuted for their actions:

“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you…In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.”

So here we have two pretend Christians who lied twice and then blamed God for their duplicity. And they did all this so they could get more hits on their blog site and YouTube. All for what? For the Almighty Dollar.

I have a Bible verse to share with the Raders, and I hope they will meditate and pray on it:

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Matthew 6:24
