By now, most of the world knows of Donald Trump’s ignorant, racist remarks toward the Mexican population. While the real estate mogul, and Presidential hopeful, has taken a lot of a heat for his remarks, a video posted just days ago, by a Mexican worker on a job site, sums up what most Latinos have been thinking.
You see, when Trump announced that he was tossing his hat in the ring of presidential hopefuls in mid-June, he opened with what can only be referred to as Mexican-bashing. Not only did he speak ill of Mexico by saying, ?they are not our friend,? he also flat-out said that Mexico was sending people over that were bringing drugs and crime. Perhaps the most ignorant statement of all was:
With no statistics to back up his assertions, I ?assume? that Trump is ?probably? talking out of his toupee. You can be sure that the average Mexican worker will not be too amused at the rants of an out-of-touch racist.
While Trump’s statements will no doubt cost him the Latino vote in this country, it is already costing him some business dealings. Even NBC Universal has dropped Trump and his Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.
With Trump in the race for President, the debacle that Republicans call “campaigning” is sure to reveal their true colors more and more. Until then, watch as this Mexican worker shows trump what a rapist looks like. Dispelling the myths of the average Mexican worker, which Mr. Trump seems to know nothing about, this Mexican worker puts Trump to shame with his response.
Don’t get me wrong: yes, there are some bad elements that come to the U.S. through BOTH borders. This just shows the ignorance of Mr. Trump and so many like him. To lump a whole race of people under such a vile blanket would be the equivalent of calling all white people racist due to one white man’s pathetic opinion.
