‘Yes I Did Kill Her’ – Claimed Mom In Shocking Courtroom Confession

A Detroit woman inexplicably yelled out during a custody trial Thursday that she killed one of her daughters.?Mitchelle Blair’s voice?as she claimed responsibility for the deaths shocked the courtroom,

“Everybody wants to know. Yes, I did kill her!”

Officials immediately removed her from the courtroom, but later she was returned to the custody hearing, which was running in tandem to the woman’s murder investigation.

It seems that deputies were enforcing an eviction notice that had been served on Blair?when they made a grizzly discovery – the bodies of two children stuffed inside of a deep freezer.

They were her daughter, Stoni Blair (13) and her son Stephen Berry (9). Apparently they died in 2012 and in 2013. And these two didn’t die easily. Blair not only abused them, she also tortured her children.

So what on earth was this woman doing in court fighting for the custodial rights of her other two children, an eight-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl? Clearly she wasn’t mother of the year or of the day.?What a waste of money in a city strapped for cash.

It seems the state wants to end the two fathers? parental rights to the living children. But my lord, how can these men be worse than their murdering mother? The state claims the men are thousands of dollars in the red on child support and rarely see their children.

In the custody trial, the prosecutor played a videotape exchange between a social worker and Blair’s surviving son. The boy described how he watched his mother kill his brother. As he spoke to the social worker, the boy also described how his mother had beat his older sister with a hammer and whipped him with a cord.

At that point in the custody trial Blair yelled out?again and exclaimed that her son,

“Didn’t see me kill Stephen, ?cause it was unintentional.”

In another courtroom outburst directed at the fathers, she yelled,

“I did it! I never tried to say I didn’t. I did it! But that does not negate the fact that they were never there for their children.”

Blair was arrested on March 24, and she is scheduled to take a mental competency exam before her June 19 probable cause hearing in her murder trial.

Blair’s two living children were placed in a relative’s care. We can only hope that these people are healthier than their mother.
