I’ve worked in customer service for most of my time on earth. It’s not always a fun job, especially when you have rude and obnoxious customers who think they are “always right.” You can only say the things you really want to say in the confidence of other co-workers. Indeed, ranting to fellow co-workers about a jerk is a common way many of us relieves stress from uncomfortable interactions.
