If you really want to see a heated debate, start talking about vaccines. It can be volatile.?It is also the one thing I will get up and be completely obtuse about, and I refuse to listen to explanations of why vaccines are bad. Vaccinations are good. Use common sense. End of story.
So to see the US Department of Health and Human Services, Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy team up with?Sesame Street and the Daily Dot?to create a kid-friendly explanation of why vaccines are good is pretty damn awesome. If it’s broken down this simply, will the antivaxxers get it? Maybe. I doubt it.
I personally love the?way it ends with Elmo asking why some don’t get vaccinated and the look on Dr. Murthy’s face.
