A 35-year-old mother of five children in Evans, Georgia, has been arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after allegedly hosting a marijuana and booze fueled party in her home for her 16-year-old daughter and the girl’s friends from school.
Rachel Lynn Lehnardt, was arrested Saturday, and the complaint against her also accuses her ?of playing “naked Twister” with teenage boys and girls.?Lehnardt’s five children, ages?4, 6, 8, 10, and 16 have also been taken out of her custody.
The wild party began, according to authorities, when Ms. Lehnardt’s daughter sent her a text message asking if she could have friends over “to party.” Lehnardt agreed to the request and allowed the teens to drink alcohol and smoke pot in the house. She then played a game of naked Twister with the teens and allegedly showed them photos of her and her boyfriend engaged in sex.
Details of the debauchery were shared by Lehnardt with her Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) sponsor, who then went to the police. The sponsor also told police that Lehnardt admitted to having sex with an 18-year-old boy in the bathroom while the game of Twister was taking place in another room.
Later in the evening, Lehnardt said she went to bed alone but awoke around 3:30 when she felt someone having sex with her. As her AA sponsor told authorities:
“She stated at first she thought it was the 18-year-old from earlier, but then realized it was the 16-year-old who was in fact her daughter’s boyfriend.”
The report filed by the local sheriff’s department states:
“Mrs. Lehnardt told [the sponsor] she and her daughter had spoken and that her daughter ‘felt guilty because the 16-year-old was 10 inches long and huge, and if she had just been able to take it, he wouldn’t have needed to rape her mother.'”
Lehnardt was released from the Columbia County Detention Center after posting a bond of $3,200. She will not be charged with any sexual crimes because the age of consent in Georgia is 16.
