Today, and rightly so, Governor Mike Pence of Indiana is one of the most hated men in the country. True, he has the idiots that support him and the Religious Freedom Act law. Yes, they are celebrating a major step back and the loogie that was hocked in the faces of those who worked endlessly for equality. However, I’d like to think the majority of America isn’t celebrating.
There’s a few things some people can do. They can protest if they are local or don’t mind traveling. Frankly, I don’t want to travel to Indiana and give them my money until this horrid stain on America is bleached out. I could write a letter; however, no one would read it. I’m sure the hate mail that is being sent to Governor Pence is being thrown away.
However, it’s hard to ignore a?phallus-shaped cake being delivered to your office or home with your name on it written in icing. If they want to celebrate, give them some cake.
The wonderful people at Funny or Die News have a solution for those who want to go a little bit further in insulting the sensibilities of Governor Pence. They ordered three “penis cakes” from an adult-themed bakery and had them sent to the governor.
“We are big believers in religious freedom ourselves. Our religion requires us to send penis cakes to homophobic governors, in the hopes that it will make them reconsider their prudish a**hole ways.”
