Maine Gov. Paul LePage is up to his shenanigans again. Governor Vaseline has falsely accused author Stephen King of “abandoning Maine” and no longer paying taxes in the state. He’s also issued a challenge:
?Just make me the villain of your next book, and I won’t charge you royalties.?
LePage is using King and other prominent residents of Maine to make a point in his efforts to repeal Maine’s income tax.?King?owns two homes in Maine, and shot back at the Tea Party governor with this tweet:
Governor Paul LePage implied that I don't pay my taxes. I do. Every cent. I think he needs to man up and apologize.

King later noted that the esteemed governor has yet to apologize.
No apology from Governor LePage. Some guys are a lot better at dishing it out than taking it back.

The pair have clashed before. Stephen King publicly opposed him in the 2014 gubernatorial election and called LePage a “lousy” governor. Which of course is true.
To remind you who Paul LePage is, in 2013?he said that that Democratic Sen. Troy Jackson:
?[…] claims to be for the people, but he’s the first one to give it to the people without providing Vaseline.??
Klassy dude.
In spite of being a total nutjob, he miraculously won reelection last year. Oh, Maine….why?
