Let the grey wolves take care of your homeless problem recommended?Rep. Don Young (R-Alaska). Making people wolf food seems a little harsh. But he said it.

The Republicans seem to have disdain for all kinds of people. We see this in their careless an clueless comments.

On Homeless:

Rep. Young clearly does not like homeless people, as was evident when he said,

?The grey wolf in fact is a predator that’s killing the cloven hoof animals. And we’ve got 79 congressmen sending you a letter, haven’t got a damn wolf in their whole district. I’d like to introduce them to your district. I introduce them in your district, you wouldn’t have a homeless problem any more.?

On Black People

Former governor of Mississippi, Haley Barbour, was talking about the nation’s first black president’s policies when the term, ?tar babies,? fell out of his mouth.

On Obama

And who can forget ?South Carolina congressman, Republican Joe Wilson, yelling, “You lie!”?at President Obama during the 2009 address to Congress? His bigotry outweighs any respect for the office of the president.

On Poor Kids

When Rep. Jack Kingston (R-Ga.) was running for senate, he said kids getting free lunches should ?sweep the floor of the cafeteria? to pay for their lunches and,

?Why don’t you have the kids pay a dime, pay a nickel to instill in them that there is, in fact, no such thing as a free lunch??

On Unemployed

We know that?Oren Hatch (R-Ut.) doesn’t like people who are unemployed. We just don’t know how many other groups he detests. He said,

“You know, we should be giving people cash who? who basically are just going to blow it on drugs.”

On People With Disabilities

Former State Rep. Brenda Landwehr (R-Kan.) called me to talk about people with disabilities,

“I want to go through their houses and inventory everything they own. Most of these people are cheating the government, you know.”

She lost her bid for the state senate in 2012.

So back to Alaska’s great representative Young. Granted he was in a House Natural Resources Committee when they brought up listing gray wolves as environmentally threatened. But his words cut where people bleed.

Later Young’s spokesman said the Republican’s comment was,

?Purposely hyperbolic to stress the point that these predators pose serious threats to wildlife management and their listing has damaging impacts to local communities.?

I wonder if grey wolves like the taste of Republicans? Probably not. The GOP can be pretty rotten.
