It sure didn’t take long for the right-wing attack dogs to read all sorts of secret messages in former Obama adviser David Axelrod’s newly-released book, “Believer.”
First idiot out of the box is Jack Cashill, who penned a nasty bit of bile on World Net Daily entitled ?Barry’s Stunning Bit of Blasphemy,” Cashill says that the President’s support of same-sex marriage:
“…casts further doubt upon Obama’s professed Christianity and fuels the speculation that he might well be a crypto-Muslim.?
I’m wondering if Cashill has any idea how homosexuals are seen–and treated–in most Muslim nations. The reality completely destroys what little logic Cashill claims to be in possession of: ?In Saudi Arabia a person can be stoned to death for homosexual activity. In Iran, you might be either flogged or killed, depending on the will of the court that sentences you. In Nigeria, it is even a crime for gays to meet or form a club.
But Brother Cashill was just getting warmed up. He decided he would unload all of his ignorance and hatred for the President in one column:
“For Obama, lying about his faith was apparently no big deal. As he told Axelrod after stumbling through a question on same-sex marriage, ‘I’m just not very good at bulls??ing.’?One has to ask, if Obama was willing to bulls?- about his relationship with God, what was he not willing to bulls?- about? Why should anyone, for instance, believe his ‘for me as a Christian’ line??Obama did little to shore up his Christian credentials in comparing ISIS to the Crusades at least week’s much discussed National Prayer Breakfast.”
And then this hateful conspiracy theorist, who sees boogeymen in every utterance of those he disagrees with, took his last swing and spewed out this lunacy:

If he really is a secret Muslim, I suspect even Allah must take a seat in the back pews of the Church of Obama.”
It must be bad to be as willfully ignorant and filled with poison as Jack Cashill. If he can call President Obama a “crypto-Muslim,” then we can certainly apply the term that best describes Cashill: crypto-fascist.
