OMG. I keep thinking that Fox can’t go any lower, but it continues to surprise me ? in a very bad way. This time occasional Fox contributor, Stacey Dash, lives up to her clueless fame.

She and the other panelists on the show ?Outnumbered? were?having a conversation on Friday??about a University of Virginia rape issue. The UVA sorority women have?a recent prohibition on members? attendance?at fraternity parties. The ban is an attempt to prevent campus rapes.

According to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), between?20 and 25 percent?of women in college experience completed or attempted rape.

But Dash lives in the land of ?good girls? and ?bad girls.? It’s a place where good girls cross their ankles, save their virginity for marriage, and don’t drink alcoholic beverages.

Dash plunged right into the subject like a terrier after a rat. She thinks ?good girls? would benefit from the party ban. That way they wouldn’t be violently assaulted.

Dash moralizes:

?I think it’s a good thing for the good girls? to be told, ?Stay home, be safe,?? Dash said. ?The other bad girls, bad women, are the ones who like to be naughty; [they] might go out and play and get hurt.?

In Dash world,?life is simple,

?The other thing about this is that it then blames the alcohol instead of the person who over-drinks,? she said. ?It’s, like, the same thing with guns ? guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Alcohol doesn’t get you drunk, you get yourself drunk.?

I’m trying to get my mind inside of Dash’s logic, and it hurts. However, I’ll brave on here. If alcohol doesn’t get a person drunk, then rapists don’t get ?bad girls? raped?

So, that only leaves the ?bad girls? responsible for getting themselves raped?

The dark side of Dash?World is where the ?bad girls? live. They stay out all hours of the night, are loose, and get drunk. Because of this, it is their own fault if they get raped.

In the real world, girls and women aren’t good or bad. They are real. It doesn’t matter what they wear, where they go, or what they do or don’t drink. Real women get raped: young girls and elderly women, women who go to church and those who don’t – even women who avoid parties. ?It isn’t about sex. It is about violent behavior directed against another person.

Rape is never the woman’s fault. It is the rapist’s fault.

Dash is giving a pass to rapists, and her words reach millions of people – God only knows how many rapists.
