Nephew Chuck Norrises Uncle For Attempted Rape Of Girlfriend

No, this isn’t the latest cast addition to ?The Walking Dead? ? this is 52-year-old Conway, South Carolina resident, William Mattson.

After hearing strange noises coming from inside a bedroom he shared with his girlfriend in his father’s home, one 27-year-old man kicked down the door and Chuck Norris?d his uncle like he’d just entered ?The Octagon.?

Mattson was beaten to a bloody mess in the early hours of New Year’s morning, Thursday, when he was found by his nephew as he was allegedly attempting to rape the nephew’s girlfriend. The 21-year-old victim, the boyfriend, and his uncle had been roommates at the boyfriend’s father’s house at the time, according to Myrtle Beach Online.

Police were soon called to the Highway 905 residence around 12:57 a.m., but not before the surprised and outraged nephew beat Mattson from the bedroom, where he found Mattson on top of his girlfriend, clear out to the front lawn, where he left Mattson looking a few blows shy of zombie status. Mattson scurried off then, only to return to the residence saying the girl had been naked under the blankets, that they had only hugged and kissed and that it was consensual. That’s when Mattson’s nephew laid into him a second time and the police showed up to break it apart.

Due to the pummeling, Mattson’s left eye was swollen shut, and his face was pretty banged up, as well, bleeding as badly as his lips.

With the victim claiming sexual assault, denying the consensual claims by Mattson, local deputies believe the boyfriend was ?acting in defense for the victim.? He is unlikely to receive any charges as a result.

Mattson, however, was arrested, charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st Degree and taken to the Conway Medical Center. Following that, he was detained at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center for his actions.

Oddly, a VHS tape was also seized by police as evidence, but no word has been released as to how that ties in.
