It comes as a surprise to no one ever that a Fox affiliate in Baltimore aired a segment three times which showed footage from a “Justice For All” demonstration in Washington, D.C. which was deceptively Breitbarted in order to make the protesters sound like they were chanting “kill a cop.”
WBFF?declared (with a straight face), “At this rally in Washington, D.C. protestors chanted, ‘we won’t stop, we can’t stop, so kill a cop,'” but that’s not what happened at all.
Gawker revealed that the chant was actually “We won’t stop, we can’t stop, ’til killer cops are in cell blocks.”
This is what the Fox affiliate claimed the protesters were chanting:
We can’t stop!
We won’t stop!
So kill a cop!
That never happened and there’s video to prove to the contrary. In fact, it’s quite clear from the video that the protesters were not chanting “Kill a cop.” Al Sharpton attended the protest and he’s the right wing media’s favorite target because discussing race is bad, mmkay?

What’s significant about this act ? other than the fact that it is intended for and will be gobbled up by psychotic paranoid racist conservative white people as evidence of the inherent criminality of black people ? is that the woman leading the chant is Tawanda Jones, the sister of Tyrone West, who was murdered by Baltimore City Police on July 18, 2013. The West family’s quest for justice for this crime has been overwhelmingly ignored by the city of Baltimore ? after 73 weeks’ worth of “West Wednesday” actions, the family has still not even been given Tyrone’s full autopsy report.

The pervasive message from right wing media outlets is that black protesters are “thugs” while those at the Bundy ranch with rifles aimed at federal agents were “patriots.” ?Or the recent “I will not comply” protest in which protesters intentionally broke gun laws because there’s a scary black man in the White House. Let’s not forget the anti-government cop killer Eric Frein. Should we blame the Tea Party? If we’re going to play by their rules, perhaps we should.
Black people are protesting and Republicans are freaking out again.
