It seems that men are facing more and more pressure to propose in creative and romantic ways. The latest innovative proposal to make headlines was 28-year-old Ben Chudley from Portsmouth, England.

Chudley?set out for a run Sunday that will?undoubtedly be the most memorable run of his entire life. ?Using the Nike+ running app, Chudley was able to map out ?5.71 miles of his run, spelling out “Will you marry me” with his route.

Then on Tuesday evening, Chudley told his girlfriend Olivia Abdul to check Facebook, where he had uploaded the images of his mapped out run. A few minutes later he appeared at her door dressed in a suit, holding flowers and a ring. With tears on her face, Abdul said yes to his proposal.

Chudley later told the BBC??that he had to run a total of 15 miles to get the proposal right, only turning the GPS app on to map certain portions of his route. Luckily, he didn’t make a wrong turn, or he would’ve had to redo that?particular section of his run.

This wasn’t the first time Chudley has used the Nike running app to map out a?creative design. Chudley is the creator of “Urban Pictionary,” a Facebook group for those who like to ?create drawings with their running routes. In the past, Chudley has mapped out a picture?of a dinosaur and SpongeBob SquarePants.
