Emmett Perrin’s mother, Chanda Campbell, heard giggling coming from the bathroom. When she checked?on her 4-year-old this is what she found.
Emmett can be heard in the video giggling and saying,
“I’m combing my hair!”
Campbell?told CBC News,
“It was pretty much past the point of no return. We thought we’d just enjoy a funny moment in our life.”
So, she did what any good parent would do. She recorded it! I’m so glad she did, too.
