Revealing Data Shows 16 Witnesses Said Mike Brown Had Hands Up When Shot And Killed

The grand jury in the Darren Wilson case involving the shooting death of Michael Brown had a lot of witnesses testify. Yes, this process was unusually long and had a plethora of evidence, showing that the prosecutor is a crooked failure, but we still learned a LOT from these testimonies.

PBS has done a tremendous job at breaking down the witnesses and what they said. The prosecutor (aka defense attorney) said that the grand jury no bill?was because there were conflicting stories from eyewitiness accounts. We all know that EVERY case has conflicting evidence, but that is why we have trials. The inability of McCulloch to admit or even acknowledge this was a travesty. But what did the witnesses actually say?

The shocking data shows that 16 people said Michael Brown had his hands up when Darren Wilson kept firing and killing him. Six-teen. How many said his hands weren’t up? Only 2. The rest did not say one way or the other. That is really conflicting huh? A huge majority in fact stuck with saying Brown’s hands were raised yet that didn’t seem to matter. The evidence was SO hugely biased in favor of Wilson that even an indictment (a very low standard in the law) could not even occur. Again, more proof that this is a travesty

Of the 29 witnesses on the chart, only 5 said Michael Brown reached in his waist in the altercation that led to Brown’s death.

There was even a split view among the witnesses in regards to whether Wilson fired at Brown once Brown had already collapsed to ground. A fact that if true, it startlingly inhumane. Yet, that didn’t seem to matter either.

Whether these accounts are all true of what they actually saw or heard that day, they at the very minimum, show that there should have been a trial. Even after immediate reaction, including from two construction workers at the scene, more people have validated a story didn’t than the tale Wilson gives. McCulloch slammed witnesses for their changing stories, yet Wilson’s story has changed to. He initially said that his confrontation wasn’t because Michael Brown fit description of a convenience store thief, but then in testimony said he did. He also said that Brown punched him numerous times and with someone like “Hulk Hogan” that little mark on Wilson’s face does not seem to back that up.

The fact here, is that there was way more than probable. More people tell stories that conflict with Wilson’s. To not indict was to simply say that Wilson is more important than all of you even when combined. What has NOT come out though, is why the immediate need for Wilson to keep firing into Brown’s head, after he had already fired at least 8-10 shots, all in hopes of hitting Mike. It should be more than just saying someone was doing this or that, to prove justifiable homicide. I can allege someone did any or everything. Doesn’t make it true. Why discount all of these witnesses to believe the one person who has the biggest stake in lying: Wilson?

Privilege. Racism. Bias. Rigged. These are all answers to that question.
