I don’t smoke pot, so “the munchies” isn’t something I spend a lot of time thinking about. I get it, though. One of the reasons I didn’t like smoking pot (I smoked when I was a teen) is because it only did three things for me: it made me paranoid, horny, and hungry. Really hungry. Like a bag-of-chips-in-five-minutes hungry.

Something else I never thought of: fast-food workers and donut shop owners probably see LOTS and LOTS of high people. This hilarious New Zealand ad warning people to drive responsibly (and drug-free) features an adorable lady who owns a donut shop. It can’t be said any more plainly than she says it!
