Chris Christie Says If He Were A Senator He’d Commit Suicide

New Jersey governor Chris Christie says that he’d be bored to death in the U.S. Senate and would rather die than serve there.

From the New York Post:

?I would be bored to death. Can you imagine me banging around that chamber with 99 other people? Asking for a motion on the amendment in the subcommittee? Forget it,? Christie, 51, said before the civil-rights group in Parsippany, NJ.

?It would be over, everybody. You’d watch me just walk out and walk right into the Potomac River and drown,? added Christie. ?That’d be it.?

Christie made the remarks?at an NAACP conference last weekend. The audience laughed.
