Elite Daily recently spent a week with a homeless man, chronicling his lifestyle. But Joe isn’t just your average homeless person. He is attractive enough to pick up women and sleep under a roof (theirs) for three or four nights per week.

From the video description:

Meet Joe, the homeless Millennial who has mastered the art of getting women to take him home with them.

Originally from Boston, Joe, 26, may spend his daylight hours panhandling in Manhattan ? making up to $150 on a given day ? but his nights are a completely different ballgame.

If you don’t think Joe looks homeless, well, that’s only because he’s good at what he does. According to Joe, his only responsibility is to not look homeless. In his mind, his appearance is a survival tactic.

Joe?spends the money he makes on keeping himself looking good. He also buys a lot of drugs and alcohol. He relies on his nights with women to have an occasional roof over his head, some decent meals, and showers.

For Joe, sleeping with a lady is his only chance at sleeping with a roof over his head. Joe uses his charm and good looks to sleep out with chicks three to four nights a week, where he’ll shower and enjoy an evening away from the streets.

Joe does not recommend his own lifestyle as a good career move or lifestyle choice for other people. His advice:

“Never become like me. Ever. Because this abstract lifestyle is not for everybody. I’m pretty sure that if you look around you at the f*cking hundreds of thousands of homeless people in New York City, I’m the only one that can really pull this sh*t off.”

I think he’s probably right.
