KKK Distributing Propaganda In Areas Around Ferguson Saying ‘You Can Sleep Tonight Knowing The Klan Is Awake’

It seems the KKK has found yet another reason to spread their hate messages and propaganda. This time in the tragic death of 18-year-old Ferguson, MO teen Michael Brown.

In areas surrounding Ferguson, such as Lexington, MO, the KKK have been leaving baggies in resident’s driveways and lawns. With such messages as ?You can sleep tonight knowing the Klan is awake!,? and with a 24-hour Klanline phone number listed, it seems the group is intent on capitalizing on the death of a black teenager.

In a video from local news station KSHB 41, it is reported that the baggies were the work of The Traditional American Knights of The Ku Klux Klan. Inside, the fliers state that the organization is a:??white Christian organization dedicated to taking back America from progressive liberal socialists.?

What makes these messages even more disturbing is that it seems the KKK is slowly making their way towards Ferguson. As reported by The Raw Story, the New Empire Knights announced plans of a fundraiser just 60-miles from Ferguson on August 23 – 24.

Also reported was the groups Imperial Wizard Charles Murray’s posting on the group’s website that ?We are raising money for a cop who shot a n*gger criminal.?

While Liberal America has reported on the fundraising efforts of the KKK, for the officer that shot and killed Michael Brown, reports that the KKK is actually headed to Ferguson is deeply disturbing. The last thing the city needs is more fuel poured on an already blazing racially set fire.
