Sky Williams took the time to put together this amazing video. I’ve never seen depression more accurately explained in such a short period of time (the video is three minutes long). Perhaps most importantly, though, is that he offers a solution. It’s not the perfect solution because there is no perfect solution. But doing something is better than doing nothing.
Williams filmed this video in response to the death of Robin Williams. Williams’ death has hit the world hard. It seems surreal to us, and I think it’s because of what Sky said.
“One of the funniest men in the entire world could not beat the monster that is depression.”
