Dr. Annette Bosworth, South Dakota Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, drew my attention a few weeks ago when she got some press for some of the crazy stuff she posts on her Facebook page. I’m glad to see this woman lose her senate race. The thought of another anti-divorce, anti-choice, gun-loving woman in the U.S. Senate was scary and this woman took the Republican Crazy to a whole new level.
However, it gives me no pleasure to see someone squirm as she did on the Megyn Kelly show on Tuesday when she was informed by Kelly — on air — that she had lost her race in a humiliating defeat.
OK let me revise that statement.?It did give me a little pleasure. Just a little. I don’t like to see women squirm, and Kelly showed her true colors (again) in revealing the news to Dr. Bosworth as she did, but a dose of humble pie may be just what this doctor needed.
In other news, she was?arrested on Wednesday for perjury. ?Stay tuned for that story.
