Embattled Clippers owner Donald Sterling recently sat down for an interview with Anderson Cooper. He attempted to illustrate how “non-racist” he is. Here are some of the gems that came out of that interview:
“I like to help minorities.”
“What has he done? Big Magic Johnson, what has he done? What has he done for the black people.”
“The Jewish people have a company for people who want to borrow money for no interest.”
Anderson asked for clarity:
“Are you saying that African-Americans don’t contribute to African-American communities as much as Jewish people do…?”
Sterling began to answer and then said:
“Oh, never mind. They all wanna play golf with me…”
