An opponent to Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) released a video ad that spoofs commercials for Viagra and Cialis, stating the Speaker of the House has ?electile dysfunction,? even playing on the juvenile mispronunciation of the incumbent’s name.
J.D. Winteregg, 32, is challenging Boehner in the upcoming Republican primary. The self-identified Tea Party member posted the ad on Youtube on April 13.
?Your electile dysfunction could be a question of blood flow,? a narrator says. ?Sometimes when a politician has been in D.C. too long, it goes to his head, and he just can’t seem to get the job done.?
The ad cuts between shots of Boehner next to President Obama and parodies of the prescription medication ads, including a man and woman sitting in outdoor tubs.
?When using Winteregg, it’s important to note that the borders will be secured, Second Amendment rights protected, Obamacare and Planned Parenthood will be defunded, and common sense will be used in solving the nation’s problems.?
Mimicking the disclaimer statements required of prescription drug ads, but only in a very juvenile format, the narrator adds ?If you have a Boehner lasting more than 23 years, seek immediate medical attention.?

While you may have had a high school locker-room laugh right at its start, the rapid pace and strange, unrelated content of the video’s crawl message, combined with the increasing pitch of the narrator’s voice, probably left you with a migraine.
It seems the high school teacher and former door-to-door salesman hopes to create a ?common people? image, too, or at least one not affiliated with expensive sports; he closes the ad with ?I don’t golf.?
Boehner faces the juvenile and non-golfer Winteregg in Ohio’s May 6th primary.
