Canada may have the world on the edge of its entertainment seat with the antics of its crack smoking, binge drinking, city councilwoman tackling, anti-gay mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford, but if the title of “Mayor of the Year” is going to be vied for by anyone, we need look no further than Monticello, New York and Mayor Gordon Jenkins.

Someone, please, please, PLEASE, put these two guys in a room with a gallon of fireball whiskey and let’s see who comes out on top, because that sh*t would be better than Bravo.

On November 16th of this year, Mayor Gordon Jenkins was detained for a third time in a five-year period for driving while intoxicated. ?Now, that alone is not the type of behavior one would expect from a mayor (we’re looking at you too Rob Ford) but when you watch the hours, yes there are hours of footage of Mayor Jenkins at the police station, well, you’ll come up with the same reporting that Raw Story came up with too.

Police in Monticello, New York have released footage of the town’s mayor cursing and threatening officers after getting arrested on drunk driving charges.

WCBS-TV reported?that the footage captures Mayor Gordon Jenkins after his arrest on Nov. 16, telling an officer not to call him ?sir.? When the officer asks if calling him ?Mayor? would be better, Jenkins refused that as well, before suggesting his arrest was racially motivated.

?Don’t call me mayor,? Jenkins is seen telling the officer while handcuffed to a wall. ?Call me ni*ger, because that’s what I am when I’m right here in handcuffs. But you know something? I don’t give a f*ck.?

Jenkins was reportedly arrested at the scene of an auto accident in which he was not involved, when a volunteer firefighter called police, saying he thought Jenkins looked drunk. Jenkins refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was also charged with obstruction of justice and criminal mischief.

You know what? ?Just watch the videos yourself. ?Rob Ford may just have to give up his title soon if this Gordon Jenkins keeps this up.

And then this:

Oh, and then this for comparison with Canada’s pride and joy, Mayor Rob Ford:
