Watch Heckler Call Sarah Palin An Idiot

When it comes to facts, former Governor Sarah Palin (R-AK) has always played quick change artist and it is difficult for anyone to keep up with her, but at last week’s Veterans March in Washington, D.C. hecklers took issue with the Tea Party favorites who were using the event to spew political propaganda for the cameras. One such heckler standing only feet away from Palin and other Tea Party congress members bellowed out at Palin as she began to speak.

The Tea Party event Sunday was an attempt by Republicans to shift blame to The White House over the government shutdown, which inevitably closed all of the National Parks, including the Veterans War Memorials. The closings and the shutdown, by the way, were engineered by the Tea Party extremists in the Republican Party. Their staged protest on the weekend occurred only 2 days before thousands of veterans were expected to arrive in the capital for another protest to express concern over disability payments and other benefits to veterans.

It is important to note that organizers of the march had nothing to do with the simultaneous Tea Party protest carried out by the Palin brood, and were quite offended by the politicians using their march for benefits to propagate the ObamaCare government shutdown.

Palin, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) were each quoted trying to shame President Obama for not appearing at the march and using the veterans as political pawns, while they each themselves used the veterans as political pawns.

Palin:

“We think it’s atrocious that our military is being used as political pawns in a political game, and we’re gonna change that.”

Lee:

“This belongs to the people, and we’re here to show our solidarity with them.”

Cruz:

“Our veterans should be above politics. It is shameful that the administration is barricading and trying to shut down the memorials.”

Among the many other hecklers that were there that took issue with the event, Palin’s speech went something like this:

PALIN: This is a matter of shutdown priorities.

HECKLER: You’re an idiot.

Palin paused only briefly before continuing on without responding.

PALIN: Our vets have proven that they have not been timid. We will not be timid in calling out any who would use our military, our vets, as pawns in a political game.

Palin, of course, then went on to “use our military, our vets, as pawns in a political game.”

Watch the video below.

If you haven’t already guessed, Palin has a new horror/science fiction novel out that she just completed, which I believe has something to do with the imaginary “War on Christmas,” so of course she is prostituting her Tea-sanity in the media once again to promote herself.

Let’s take a brief walk down Nightmare on Palin Street and see what she has been up to the last few months.

  • On the July 30 edition of Hannity, Palin argued that using a government shutdown as leverage to defund ObamaCare was “common sense.”
  • On an August 10 appearance at Fox News, Palin tried to revive the ‘death panel’ lie. It was actually proven long before Palin ever made the claim that the whole idea of ‘ObamaCare Death Panels’ was a lie, yet Palin has knowingly perpetuated the same lie for five years now.
  • On September 21, Palin infuriated Republicans with an op-ed article she had written exclusively for Breitbart, in which she successfully made the standoff of the government shutdown all about Sarah Palin, while denying that she had anything to do with it. She ended the virtually incoherent article with an almost threatening warning to fellow Republicans were they to not support Ted Cruz.

“Oh, and a little reminder to Republican senators up for re-election in 2014: Moose season ends soon, allowing more time on one’s hands. So, we’ll be watching your votes?very?carefully this week.”

  • After Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace acknowledged that he had received “unsolicited research and questions” from “top Republicans” before his interview with Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), an enraged Palin took to her Twitter account and demanded that Wallace release the names of his sources. Good advice!? It’s too bad that Palin doesn’t do that herself.

“President Obama, a couple of weeks ago when he was hell-bent on dropping bombs on Syria, he said America doesn’t do pinpricks. Well, we don’t do pinpricks, but sometimes we elect them.”

  • Palin made an appearance on Sean Hannity’s radio show Oct. 15, following failed New Jersey Senate candidate Steve Lonegan (whom she campaigned for), to discuss the possibility of forming a third political party to run against both Republicans and Democrats. In response to Hannity’s question, Palin stated:“Not sounding cliche or flighty on this or anything, Sean, my mission is to help the good guys who are in there wanting to make a difference.?I don’t know if that entails me holding a position, having a title.?Sometimes the title shackles you, and you’re not free to get out there and do what needs to be done. Look, Ronald Reagan said ? and I shared this with the vets on Sunday at the World War II memorial ? I said that Ronald Reagan reminded us that some people live an entire lifetime wondering if they ever made a difference in the world. Our vets and those who are supportive of our vets which, to me, is very symbolic of all that really matters in this country at this point, the priorities in our government. Our vets and their supporters, they need not ask of themselves whether they made a difference. They’ve made all the difference.?What I want to do is make a difference. And I don’t know if that would require me to have a title.”

  • On Monday Oct. 14, Palin dropped that “I” word again on her Facebook post, claiming that President Obama should be impeached for defaulting on the debt ceiling. Oddly she seems to have no memory that it was she and her cohorts who shut down the government in the first place to force the nation to default.

Post by Sarah Palin.

  • On Oct. 17, Palin explained to a very confused Megyn Kelly that President Obama had caused the government shutdown by refusing to bomb Syria. Back in August, Palin had railed against President Obama for considering a strike on Syria:“Until we have a commander in chief who knows what he is doing… let Allah sort it out!”Don’t worry, Megyn. I don’t understand how Palin’s brain works without oxygen either.Palin went on to promise to back primary challengers to certain “status quo” Republicans. Of course, she also dropped the “B” word (BENGHAZI!), and then went on to sing of unity “next time” in the upcoming shut down that the Tea Party is planning for the next budget deal in January, right after Christmas and New Year’s.

These examples are only a tiny selection of all the appearances in the media that Sarah Palin has made in the last couple of months. I am sure the anonymous heckler that called her “an idiot” during the Tea Party protest at the Veterans March, was just calling it as he seen it, but had he actually paid more attention over the last several weeks, he might have used the term “media whore” to more accurately describe Palin.

"...And so I say to all of you here and to all in the nation tonight that those who appeal to you to hold on to the past do so at the cost of denying you your future. This great rich, restless country can offer opportunity and education and hope to all--all, black and white, North and South, sharecropper and city dweller. These are the enemies: poverty, ignorance, disease. They are our enemies, not our fellow man, not our neighbor. And these enemies too--poverty, disease and ignorance--we shall overcome." ~excerpt from speech by President Lyndon B Johnson, given two days after the start of the Selma Marches in an event that became known as Bloody Sunday.
