This morning, as I was perusing a website dedicated to news in Alaska, I stumbled upon a poll from TownHall.com. It asked the question:
How could I resist casting MY vote against the disgraced half-term governor, failed vice-presidential candidate, and reality TV star? After doing so (guess how I voted?) I was able to enjoy the results. So far, 79 percent of people who responded to this poll voted that they’d LOVE to see her back in office.
Now keep in mind, Town Hall attracts people who ARE going to like Sarah Palin. Their audience is HER audience. Having said that, she did predictably well in this poll. I’m sure that pundits and Fox News will use this “data” to prove a point.
She did very well (surprise!) in my state, Texas.
And she did well in most of the other states, particularly well (when will the surprises end!) in the Deep South, though not so much in D.C.
But….guess where she scored lowest? You get one guess.?
You win! I know you guessed it correctly. Is it possible that if Sarah Palin runs for U.S. Senate, the people in her own state are so tired of her that they won’t vote for her, but the rest of the nation would have? Perhaps she should establish residency elsewhere, as Hillary Clinton did when she made her Senate run. Let me suggest Louisiana.
This poll isn’t completed. I’m counting on you guys to scoot over there and give it some balance.?I only regret that they didn’t have an option four below Yes, No, and Undecided. “Are you effin kidding me????”
